Get tomorrow’s shop delivery right before the bake begins

An extra bread request can change the morning bake. Record the varieties, quantities and destination, then review ingredients, production order and the delivery round with the people responsible.

  1. Keep the change with the order

The requested loaves and destination remain visible instead of sitting on a loose phone note.

  2. Check ingredients before committing

Recipe and stock records give the bakers a starting point; they still verify what is physically available.

  3. Prepare a clear dispatch

The revised bake and shop delivery can be recorded for the driver to check before departure.

How Sektura helps with everyday work

Thirty more rye loaves for the morning

Illustrative example, not a customer story: a shop asks for 30 additional rye loaves after the next day’s bake has been planned.

  1. Record the request

Enter the bread type, quantity, date and receiving shop, and compare it with the existing order.

  2. Review the bake

Check the recipe and recorded ingredient stock; agree oven time and sequence with the shift lead.

  3. Check the handover

Put the revised quantity on the delivery round and compare the packed crates with the list before dispatch.

The bakehouse and driver have the same reviewable plan. Staff still bake, count and release the goods.

Getting started is simple

How it works

  1. Set up shops and products

Enter your actual shops, bread varieties and normal order details.

  2. Try a sample change

Use synthetic data for one additional shop order with quantity and delivery date.

  3. Walk the team through it

Check stock, bake sequence and route together; decide who approves changes.

Questions before you start

Will it calculate dough requirements on its own?
No. Recipes and orders support planning; bakers assess yield, waste, available ingredients and oven capacity.
Does a recorded delivery mean the goods arrived?
No. Staff must check what was packed, handed over and actually delivered, then update the status.
Does it replace allergen or food safety checks?
No. Separate recording areas support those tasks, but your bakery remains responsible for correct data, checks and applicable duties.

A saved order is not a production release

Confirm ingredients, staffing, oven time and the route before promising an extra quantity.

Check order against the route

Orders and delivery tours are separate records. Carry changed shop quantities into route planning yourself and compare both lists before dispatch.
