You can ask customers for their date of birth via an optional form. The system does this automatically at the next booking.
Can I define different messages for different customer groups?
Yes. You can define different templates and discounts for VIP customers, regulars and new customers.
Is the voucher redeemed automatically?
No — the voucher is sent and redeemed at the next visit. The system automatically checks validity.
Does it also work for customer anniversaries?
