Does this violate Google's guidelines?
Google allows requests for honest reviews without incentives. Preventing negative reviews or inviting only satisfied customers is prohibited. This applies to Google Maps and Business Profiles; other platforms have their own rules.
What happens with negative feedback?
You can respond to negative feedback and contact the customer. Private feedback must remain voluntary and must neither replace nor prevent public reviews.
