Can I issue vouchers for specific services?
Yes. You can create both monetary vouchers (e.g. €50) and service vouchers (e.g. 'hair extension').
What happens if a voucher is lost?
Vouchers are digital and linked to an email address. If lost, a new copy can be sent.
Can I record sales revenue in accounting?
Yes. All voucher sales and redemptions flow automatically into the cash book (if the module is active).
Is there a minimum validity period for vouchers?
No. You set the validity period yourself — 3 months, 1 year or unlimited. The legal minimum expiry (3 years) applies.
