  1. Avoid overlapping tables

    Enter a date, party size and time window; an exclusive booking for the same table can trigger a conflict.

  2. Follow drinks through service

    Create menu items and order lines, then move an order from open to preparation and served. The bar still needs to read the note.

  3. Understand the close

    Review till entries, invoices and daily totals against what the shift actually recorded.

Questions before you start

Will the desk prevent every double booking?
It checks overlaps for exclusive reservations with a table and time window. Staff must review incomplete or unusual requests.
Does choosing card mean a payment is processed?
No. Order payment details are records; an actual card or app transaction needs a configured and approved provider.
Can I rely on the allergen list without checking recipes?
No. The business must verify ingredients, recipe changes and the information given to guests.

Review before closing

The daily view reflects recorded transactions; correct missed or incorrect entries before using it for accounting.
