Offer scope and existing rights

The current offer covers business, professional and organisational use, not new private consumer orders. Actual rights under existing contracts remain. Legally valid declarations may be sent to the stated contacts. Merely starting an ongoing SaaS service does not automatically extinguish an existing statutory withdrawal right.
