When you visit this website, we process the following data: anonymised IP address, page views, browser type and operating system. On registration: name, email address, company details and payment details (processed by Stripe, Inc.).
Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to provide the sektura service, for billing and to communicate with customers. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

This website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the operation of the website. Statistics cookies (Plausible Analytics, with privacy protection and without personal data) are only set with your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Retention period
Customer data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards where statutory retention obligations apply. In Germany, the regular retention period for invoices and accounting records is eight years (section 147(3) AO and section 14b(1) UStG). It starts at the end of the calendar year in which the invoice was issued or the accounting record was created. Statutory extensions, particularly where tax assessment periods have not yet expired, remain applicable.

Hosting
The platform is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Integrated external service providers, particularly Stripe for payment processing, may also process personal data outside the EU. Further information is provided in the payment-processing information and the data processing agreement.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (185 Berry Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107). Stripe is PCI DSS certified. Credit card details are not stored on our servers. Stripe privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
