Is the digital signature legally binding?
Yes. The system uses an eIDAS-compliant simple electronic signature — valid for most contracts in the EU.
What if the customer doesn't have a smartphone?
The customer can sign directly on the tablet or screen in your business.
How long are documents stored?
All documents are stored for at least 10 years — in accordance with legal retention requirements.
Can I upload my own forms?
Yes. You can upload any PDF documents and position signature fields.
