  1. Avoid a room clash

    Timed treatments assigned to a room are checked against that room's capacity and existing bookings.

  2. Respect therapist time

    A named therapist cannot be booked into overlapping timed treatments; recorded unavailable shifts are considered.

  3. Review web enquiries

    An online request becomes a booking only after staff take it over and review the details.

  1. Take the exact request

    Note the guest, date, treatment and desired hour before making a promise.

  2. Find a feasible slot

    The occupancy view shows the room clash; reception checks room and therapist again for 4:30 pm.

  3. Book after agreement

    Once the guest accepts, enter the treatment with start, duration, room and therapist.

The guest has an agreed appointment and the team can see the plan. A record does not guarantee attendance or clinical suitability.

    Record therapists and known working or blocked periods for a manageable day.

    Use sample data for a back massage and deliberately test a conflicting room slot.

Questions before you start

Does a web enquiry confirm a slot immediately?
No. Staff must take over the request and review timing, room, therapist and guest wishes.
Will the software judge whether a treatment is suitable?
No. Qualified staff assess contraindications and adapt the treatment; sensitive notes belong only in the necessary care process.

A voucher is not a payment receipt

Voucher and redemption records are separate. A booking or voucher number alone does not prove payment.
