No. It must belong to the participant and be valid, and the class must have capacity.
Does a waitlist entry spend a unit?
No unit is reserved by the waitlist entry; a later confirmation is checked again.
Does a booking assess fitness to practise?
No. Discuss health concerns personally and seek qualified advice when needed.

Tell participants clearly when they are waiting rather than booked.
