    Room, product type, width and height are recorded; reveal and lintel depths can be added where measured.

  2. Quote before committing

    The quote holds customer, work description and net amount. Only a quote marked accepted can be converted into an order.

  3. Record the visit

    The fitting report stores order, product, dimensions, installer, date and an acceptance entry for later reference.

Questions before you start

Does the desk measure or diagnose the shutter?
No. Staff enter the measurements; fault, clearances and fitting conditions need professional on-site assessment.
Does every quote become an order?
No. Conversion is available only after the quote has accepted status.
Does a report prove successful acceptance?
It records what staff enter. Function, safe installation and the customer's response must be checked on site.
