Fictional club case: the sports officer plans airgun practice. Two members ask for the same lane at the same time. The club arranges supervision and access checks on site.

  1. Check the lane

    Review its status and bookings, then enter an available time for one shooter.

  2. Plan practice

    Put the date, discipline and trainer in the session plan and communicate the agreed time through the club's normal channels.

  3. Record what happened

    After practice, enter shooter, shot count and result, then compare the entry with the score sheet.

The club can review bookings and practice records later; the desk does not supervise the range or file results with an outside body.

Questions before you start

Does it stop double booking?
A booking for the same lane and overlapping time is rejected, as is one on a lane marked closed or under maintenance. The club still checks the range on site.
Does it replace range supervision?
No. Responsible people must manage access, supervision and safety under the applicable local rules.
Are scores sent to a federation automatically?
No. The desk stores club records; no federation submission is promised without a verified connection.
