Questions before you start

Does the room survey automatically build my estimate?
No. An estimate is a separate record. Room measurements attach to an existing order and can feed area into material planning.
Is the calculated paint volume a guaranteed use?
No. It depends on the entered area, coats and coverage. Check substrate, actual hiding and waste yourself.
Do site photos count as customer acceptance?
No. They record condition; the agreed scope and formal acceptance need to be handled for that job.
