Questions before you start

Can I price stairs and assembly separately?
Yes. Labour hours, stair surcharge and furniture assembly are separate document items; your contract determines the amount.
Will it apply for parking restrictions?
No. The desk can record the service and internal application details, but an actual request and approval must come from the responsible authority.
Can I record existing damage?
The moving report has handover fields. Record the actual condition with a date and review it with the customer.
