  1. Keep assumptions visible

    The order holds job type, material, weight, finish, deadline and notes. Stair measurements have no dedicated order fields in the reviewed form; identify verified values in the note.

  2. Review the estimate

    Material weight and planned hours feed the calculation. Check purchasing, welding, coating and installation for this job before quoting.

  3. Separate fabrication from sign-off

    The order status passes through fabrication and installation; welding and acceptance have their own records. A status change is not an engineering approval.

No. Load capacity, anchorage, qualifications and required inspections need project-specific professional review.
Is a welding record the same as acceptance?
No. Welding procedure and inspection details are entered separately from the acceptance result and any defects.
