Keep the lineup, rehearsal and costumes together when plans change

For dance clubs preparing a performance or competition with members, coaches and volunteer costume staff. The group record holds the lineup, the rehearsal notes show what needs practice, and the costume loan shows what must come back.

  1. Know the formation

Attach members to a group and keep its dance style and coach beside the lineup.

  2. Make rehearsal notes useful

Record a date, group, choreography section, goal and notes so the coach knows what to revisit.

  3. Follow a costume home

Record size and condition, who borrowed it and when it is due; log the actual return date and condition when it comes back.

How Sektura helps with everyday work

A missing costume three days before the competition

Example from club life: a dancer moves to a different place in the formation. At the last rehearsal, the coach discovers that the costume for that part is still with a former participant.

  1. Check the lineup

The coach compares the group’s members with the planned formation.

  2. Name the rehearsal task

They note the choreography section affected by the change and the goal for the next session.

  3. Resolve the loan

The costume volunteer checks the borrower, agrees a return and records its condition when the garment is handed back.

The club knows who dances, what to practise and which costume is outstanding. It still checks tournament submission with the organiser separately.

Getting started is simple

How it works

  1. Create one existing group

Enter its style, coach and actual club members.

  2. Log a focused rehearsal

Add the date, group, choreography section and a specific goal.

  3. Try a costume loan

Enter size and condition, then use fictional details to practise lending and returning it.

Questions before you start

Can the lineup be used in a tournament record?
The registration page can select a formation and its members. Check the final names and event rules before any external submission.
Does the “registered” status submit an entry to the federation?
No external submission is established by the checked pages. The club must follow the organiser’s actual entry route and deadline.
Can we record the condition when a costume is returned?
Yes. The return record accepts a date and condition; a club volunteer still needs to inspect the garment.

Read the event notice

Age class, skill class, deadline and permissions depend on the competition. An internal record is not an organiser confirmation.
