  1. Create one real course type

    Enter title, learning goal, duration, capacity and a scheduled date.

  2. Assign teaching resources

    Check the room for that date and name the instructor.

  3. Run a sample booking

    Use synthetic learners to review a confirmed booking, waiting entry, seat offer and completion.

Questions before you start

Will someone be enrolled automatically when a seat opens?
No. The waiting list supports an offer and hold period; staff must review the person and the final booking.
Does a generated certificate prove accreditation?
No. An optional course certificate records completion. Recognition, funding and evidence depend on the actual programme and relevant authority.
Can I bill a company workshop differently from individual seats?
The document flow has separate items for per-person fees, group courses and on-site training. Set the payer, scope and applicable tax treatment for the actual job.

Funding and invoices

An invoice and a funding field serve different tasks. Selecting a funding option does not grant eligibility. Email offers depend on working mail delivery; check the delivery status in the desk.
