    Record lesson type, discipline, rider level and whether a school horse is needed before agreeing a time.

  2. Keep yard work visible

    Horse, box, feeding and farrier sections sit alongside the teaching schedule; a boarding space is not a lesson slot.

  3. Separate the services

    Lesson, boarding and pass-through charges have different document items; the yard reviews each amount and its tax treatment.

Questions before you start

Can I keep lessons and livery charges separate?
Yes. The desk has teaching, horse and box areas, and the document flow distinguishes lessons from boarding.
Does Sektura choose a safe horse automatically?
No. Rider level and horse needs can be recorded; staff decide suitability, workload and safety.
Is online booking live without setup?
No. The desk has a booking-request area, but a request is separate from a confirmed lesson. A public booking route must be checked before advertising it.

Vaccination and farrier appointments can be organised here; clinical decisions belong with the veterinarian.
