  1. Take the call

    The office notes the callback number, exact entrance, destination and requested time.

  2. Prepare the trip

    Staff check which licensed driver and vehicle are actually available, then transfer the request details into a trip.

  3. Review after the ride

    The driver reports the actual distance and fare; the office checks the trip record and creates a receipt separately.

The organiser's invoice can be prepared from checked records, using the applicable local tariff rather than an estimate as the final fare.

    Enter fictional records and verify real permits outside the app before any live operation.

  2. Enter an advance request

    Use a fictional caller, callback number, pickup address, destination and time, then open a trip from the request.

  3. Check the paperwork

    Record a fictional completed fare and compare trip log, receipt and invoice path.

Questions before you start

Does this connect to my meter or radio system?
The desk has dispatch, trip and meter-data areas. A connection to a specific device or provider must be checked separately; entering a driver does not show live GPS availability.
Can I bill medical rides directly to any insurer?
Medical-trip fields exist, but prescription, approval when required, contract and submission route depend on the payer and the particular journey. The app does not grant reimbursement.

Fare and permission

Taxi tariffs and licensing differ by location and ride type. Check the approved tariff and the actual ride before issuing a receipt; medical-trip rules need a separate case check.
