  1. Keep the job current

    Pickup and delivery points, dates, weight and goods description stay with the shipment when the shipper changes the time.

  2. Match the tour to the load

    Assign a vehicle and driver and review the tour. A payload warning uses recorded data; actual space, timing and fitness still need a dispatcher.

  3. Check the document separately

    CMR details can be kept with the job. A completed consignment note alone does not prove delivery or acceptance.

    She compares the consignment note with the job and records the agreed handover; later status changes follow actual feedback.

The changed plan is traceable. Driver availability, rest time and depot acceptance still need operational confirmation.

How it works

  1. Enter a sample freight job

    Use a fictional shipper, six pallets, weight, loading and unloading points and dates.

    Add a fictional driver and vehicle with plausible payload, then link a tour to the job.

  3. Try the schedule change

    Move the pickup forward, inspect any capacity warning and compare the consignment note with the order.

Questions before you start

Does it certify that a tour is feasible?
No. Recorded payload can trigger a warning; loading space, travel, rest time, traffic and depot slots need your own checks.
Is a CMR record proof of delivery?
No. It records carriage details. Actual delivery and receipt need the appropriate separate evidence.
Will customers see live tracking automatically?
Only if the relevant tracking service is configured and authorised. Otherwise your team maintains statuses and updates.
