Make the wedding flower brief workable in the studio

A couple has a colour palette, quantities and a collection time. Turn those wishes into an order, a realistic supplier check and a binding schedule.

  1. Keep the brief together

Bouquet, buttonholes and table pieces stay with the event date, colours and quantities.

  2. Buy for the season

Review stock and supplier needs before promising a particular flower.

  3. Prepare handover

Keep arranging work and collection or delivery details attached to the order.

How Sektura helps with everyday work

Coral peonies for twelve tables

Example: A couple asks for a coral and cream bridal bouquet and twelve low table pieces for a late-summer wedding. They favour peonies, but supply is uncertain; collection is before the ceremony.

  1. Capture the request

The florist records the occasion, palette, quantities and collection time.

  2. Check stems and substitutes

She checks stock and suppliers and agrees a seasonal alternative before promising a variety.

  3. Plan the morning

She schedules arranging work and checks the collection list for that date.

The couple understands the agreed design and the team has quantities and handover time; availability is still checked in real life.

Getting started is simple

How it works

  1. Enter a sample wedding

Add the date, colours, pieces and collection or delivery preference.

  2. Cost the pieces

Use realistic bouquet and table-piece quantities and review materials.

  3. Walk through handover

With synthetic data, inspect work, collection and any delivery plan.

Questions before you start

Can I promise a specific flower for a date?
The desk records the request and supplier order. Confirm actual availability and quality with the supplier and at goods receipt; agree substitutes with the couple.
Is this the same as a walk-in bouquet?
No. Wedding work needs a design brief, materials and a timed handover; counter orders follow a shorter path.
Can I plan delivery instead of collection?
There are delivery and route views. Check the address, time and real delivery capacity before confirming.

Fresh stock needs inspection

A stock number cannot tell you whether stems are in good condition. Check quality and quantities before making the final design commitment.
